Student Rush Tickets are available 15-minutes prior to curtain. $10 cash per student ($12.50 credit/debit card) with a valid student id. Limit one per person.
Lunchtime Special: $10 cash tickets ($12.50 cash/credit) are available between 12pm - 1pm for the performance occurring that same day/evening. Lunch time special tickets are limited by availability. This pertains only to performances in the Playhouse on Park Main Stage Series and stop/time dance theater.
The Lunch Time Special is not available for any other series including: Young Audience Series, Comedy, Improv, Music, Dance and Special Events. Tickets must be purchased in person, at the Playhouse on Park box office and purchasers may not choose their seats.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL TICKETS?
Tickets can be purchased in person, online or over the telephone. To purchase tickets over the phone or online, you will need a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover only). At the box office cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) are all acceptable forms of payment. Checks should be made payable to Playhouse Theatre Group, Inc. Once tickets are purchased, all sales are final and there are no refunds allowed. Tickets purchased over the telephone can be mailed (for a $3 fee) or held at the box office. Tickets cannot be held unless they are paid.
ARE THERE SERVICE FEES?
If you purchase at the box office, there is no service fee. If you purchase online via Tix.Com, you incur a $1.50 per ticket convenience charge. If you have your tickets mailed to you (purchased online or over the phone), there is a $3.00 per order shipping fee.
DO YOU HAVE E-TICKETING WHERE I PRINT MY OWN TICKETS?
E-ticketing is not available at this time. All tickets are printed at the box office and either held or mailed to you.
CAN I HAVE TICKETS HELD AT THE BOX OFFICE (WILL CALL)?
Yes, and tickets that are held at the box office may be picked up any time the box office is open. The box office will open two hours prior to the start of a performance. It is suggested that tickets be picked up no later than 15 minutes prior to curtain. Tickets cannot be held unless they are paid.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Playhouse on Park Gift Cards may be purchased and/or redeemed in person or over the phone. They cannot be purchased or redeemed online. All Gift Card sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Playhouse on Park is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Gift cards should be treated like cash. You can check your balance online (see back of card) or by calling/visiting the box office.

MAIN STAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are purchased for the same seat as well as the same day of each run (1st Friday, 2nd Saturday, etc.). You will receive a listing of your show dates with your tickets. As a subscribers, you have the benefit of exchanging your tickets to another night within the run. Simply bring your tickets to the box office or telephone the box office (ahead of the scheduled performance) and we will help you exchange your tickets for a different night.
Exchanges After Your Scheduled Performance
There is a $15 accomodation fee to exchange your tickets after your scheduled performance has occured.
The upcoming season is announced on or around April 1st. Subscribers have the first opportunity to renew their subscriptions (we hold your seats for a period of time), and are contacted by the Box Office with details.
