Playhouse on Park is managed under the direction of Playhouse Theatre Group, Inc. Playhouse on Park opened its doors in the fall of 2009 and with the hard work and generosity of countless volunteers, donors and our first audiences, presented a full season of plays, musicals, comedy nights, improv, children's shows and dance. We are proud to be entering our fourth season of professional, affordable entertainment in the greater Hartford area.

TRACY FLATER, Executive Director [email Tracy] After an extensive career in the for-profit restaurant business, Tracy merged her passion for the performing arts and knowledge of business management to become an arts administrator in the non-profit sector. She recently spent the past four years as the Director of Off Campus Programs and Facilities for The Hartt School Community Division of the University of Hartford and currently serves as a board member of the following non-profit organizations: The Hartt School, Board of Trustees; Simsbury Main Street Partnership, board of directors; Connecticut Dance Alliance, board of directors. Tracy also serves on the leadership committee for the Simsbury Farmers Market and the Ted Hershey Dance and Music Marathon. |

SEAN HARRIS, Artistic Director [email Sean] Sean Harris has worked at many regional theatres throughout the country including Florida Studio Theatre, Shakespeare on the Sound, The Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, and the Roxy Regional Theatre. His NYC Theatre credits include Dinner with Friends (Tom), Hamlet (Laertes), Much Ado about Nothing (Claudio), and Blood Wedding (Bridegroom). Film/TV: Saturday Night Live, The Early Show, Table One, Captain Karaoke. Being Michael Madsen. Sean has his BA in Acting and directing from DeSales University and an MFA from the New School for Drama/Actors Studio. He has been an acting teacher and director for over ten years and is currently the Director of Theatre at Hall High School in West Hartford, which was recently selected to represent the United States as part of the American High School Theatre Festival in Edinburgh Scotland. Sean is also the Artistic Director of the West Hartford Summer Arts Festival |
